Return and refund policy

We hope you love your Smoosh product — but if it’s not quite right, here’s how returns work.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@mysmoosh.com.

Return window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Your item must be unused and in original condition

  • It must be returned in the original packaging

  • All accessories and manuals must be included

Due to hygiene regulations, used devices cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to start a return

Email us at support@mysmoosh.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • (Optional) Photo if the item is damaged/faulty

We’ll provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the product is faulty)

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

European union 14 day cooling off period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

1 year warranty

All Smoosh devices come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturer defects. This warranty is valid from the date of delivery.

What’s Covered:

  • Device malfunctions due to internal faults

  • Charging issues

  • Lens or light issues (not caused by misuse)

What’s Not Covered:

  • Damage due to drops, misuse, or neglect

  • Water damage or use not in accordance with instructions

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

How to Claim

Email us at support@mysmoosh.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photo/video showing the problem

Our team will assess your claim and offer a replacement or repair if eligible.
